For the past four years on Lynnwood’s City Council, Shannon Sessions has a proven record for being a discerning, authentic leader with common sense who is truly invested in the wellbeing for all in Lynnwood’s fast growing, vibrant and diverse community.
Preparing For An Even Better Lynnwood, Sessions has demonstrated a “hands on” approach to leadership, including being appointed by her peers as the Council’s Vice President in 2018, having intentional interactions with youth, elders and business owners along with making Lynnwood a Veteran-Friendly City.
Having courage to ask hard questions regarding the complicated human services needs and having a Compassion Through Boundaries approach. Sessions has developed deep, trusted ties in our region and her professional experience and high integrity will continue to propel this work forward.
